    Did not like the flavor of the chicken. Not crispy, Cole slaw was bland, biscuit was not hot. Heard cursing in back. Was cold inside too.

    Typically out of something on the menu. Horrible customer service.
    Watcher cashier turn her back to complaining customer, manager made no effort to correct cashier or satisfy customer. Then cashier complained about customer infront of other customers and still nothing from manager.
