  No wait times, definitely on skeleton crew during the day time. Food was good, moderately hot and generally clean. It's a typical 3 star sit down.

  The reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the waiter went out of his way to make things right. We came in 11 p.m. on a Friday night. Had very few customers but we do understand why after we got our food. The hash browns tasted really funny the food was cold. The bacon was burned yet cold. The people at the next table leaned over and asked us if our food was any good when I told him it was horrible they said theirs was horrible also and had to send it back to get it redone. She showed me her piece of turkey which look like beef jerky she said her broccoli was so horrible she had to spit it out. They said their food was also cold. Probably will be going back to the one on 31st and Memorial if we eat at IHOPs. We seem to have greater success there than any other IHOPs in Tulsa and Sand Springs

  Oh god this was horrible experience. They where out of everything!!! Out of Dr. Pepper. Out of mozzarella sticks. And they where out of something else we wanted to order... We waited forever. And they got my order wrong. Just horrible.
